Social Distancing
Social distancing is a major priority. Each one of our staff members will be respectful of the 6 foot rule and will ask that your family members do the same for them.
No sharing of clipboards, pens, tools and no handshakes. Social distancing is a good way to combat this pandemic.
We can fix your vehicle’s body damage without having any contact with you or your family.
Properly Sanitizing
Each of our mechanics washes their hands for 20 seconds in warm water at every available opportunity.
When washing hands is not possible, they use hand sanitizer which they carry with them at all times.
Pristine Dent Repair staff will also be directed to disinfect any devices and surfaces that they touch while working on your vehicle.
Protective Equipment
We value our staff’s safety, as well as your families. Each mechanic will be supplied with gloves and disposable masks while working on your car.
We strongly believe that wearing the proper equipment can be an extra defense against COVID-19.
You are more than welcome to stay inside at a social distance while the mechanic is at work, but if you feel you need to come outside to speak with our staff member, we request you wear a face mask and keep at a social distance for our employees safety and your own.
Communication
To help keep with safe social distancing guidelines, you can simply explain your auto body issues over the phone to our staff. You can even send details and photos over mobile or email and we would be happy to give you a free estimate.
